A post event survey is a great way to solicit feedback. You can ask any range of questions, that will better help you meet your learning goal next time. Consider a written survey as well as a digital option via google drive sent out to participants. You can also use tools like hand signals to integrate live feedback-- i.e. three fingers in the air means “Please speak louder”.
